If you've already installed Slackintosh, and it works fine in console
mode, you do not need to cross-compile the Radeon driver. You would do
better to compile the driver on the G4 you've already installed on.
However, I'm suspecting you'd probably be better off troubleshooting
your xorg.conf - if nothing else, you should be able to get X going
using the vesa driver. Maybe your problem is not caused by the Radeon
driver at all?
