Hmm.. Altivec itself should
work on 10.2 (flac compiles fine...)
Could you try this patch?

(patch -p 0 < liboil.diff)
..oh.. and modify the 'test_altivec' void inside
liboil/liboilcpu.c (remove the asm stuff)
After this two changes, liboil seems to compile on 10.2.
No idea if it still does what it's supposed to do.. :-)
