I have a CD of Tony Pastor with the Clooney Sisters (Betty and Rosemary) that 
was recorded live at The Click in 1947.

Hi Scott,

                Sinatra had signed with "Click" to play a week during the 
Democratic National  Convention, in Philly, in July 1948. 

For whatever reasons, he canceled. I do know he was busy that month in L.A.

I had previously posted about Sinatra playing “The Click” in Philadelphia one 
night only November 21, 1950.  Apparently Sinatra went back to The Click in 
January and February and May 1951:
