Application reviews are carried out within Hanover by an automated
approach established within the parameters of SHOP, the common housing
register that we share with Bield and Trust. As a result the workflow on
SHOP is updated daily with applications that require their annual review
and then system generated letters on SHOP are issued to applicants. We
have also built into SHOP the ability for it to generate further letters
where there has been no response to the initial review letter.

Subject: [sibsug] Question re Allocations review

We are interested to get some feedback as to how people are conducting
their Periodic Review for Allocations and whether anyone is doing this
on a rolling review basis, i.e if the anniversary of an application date
triggers a review letter rather than running the review every quarter or
so.

Thanks,
