[sib-access] sibelius 7 and ribbins?

HI all:
I read some very good words about using the Sibelius 7, but til now, ican't
use the ribbins at all,
I can't even move inside them,
Can anyone tell me how to start, I knew how to remove the quick start
dialogue.
But, tell me, how can I access the file minue, the edit minue, how can I
move into them?
Am using jaws 11, will it work, or I must use jaws 13 or 14?
