Dear Ramy,
I don't really know.
Normally, as I said in my previous message, Sibelius will see your Yamaha 
synthesiser as non-activated, or maybe it will say disabled, I don't 
remember. Anyway it's in a different list than the sounds essentials which 
are activated. If you see the Yamaha somewhere on the screen, it should have 
an activate button next to it.
If you have a midi interface, it will probably be there as well.
What I really don't know is how you are going to select the sounds you want 
to use.
Good luck and tell me if you manage to find a way to do it, it might help me 
to.
