No, recompiling JAWS scripts is just a matter of opening a .jds file in the
script manager, and saving it again. It will either compile, or not. If it
does compile, then it should work in the new JAWS. BTW JAWS 16 or higher is
required for Windows 10.

I was strongly advised by members of this list NOT to upgrade to
Windows ten, as the Sibelius program was designed for XP machines and
wouldn't work. By the way, the reference is to Sibelius 5.25. Good luck
