[sib-access] Tapping into the score

Hi
I haven't used Sibelius that much in the last couple of months. When I tried
to start up a new score today, I couldn't tap into the score. This is what
Sibelius acces said:
Access/strutils::Format:18-Field p1,0000 not found
What should I do now?
