nope, but Sibelius does come with an extensive user manual. I think
the screen reader portion is up to you.

routinely to create and print out in standard staff notation everything

their music theory homework to charting out their own compositions and
arrangements.
Dancing Dots acquired the rights to the source code for Lime a few years
ago. Accessibility is a non-negotiable priority for us. As new versions
of
Lime and the companion Lime Aloud scripts are released, access will only
improve.

The trouble is, we always get cloak and dagger stuff. O we're not allowed
to
say anything. O yes, it's coming. It's coming. Well it's taking a bloody
long time. I'm sorry, but Sibelius 5.5 was released ten years ago, and ever
since there have been promises promises, and excuses, excuses. Are we all
supposed to be Methuselahs before anything happens. It's beyond a joke;

a disgrace, but nobody dare say so; we're all supposed to be jolly grateful
for our little bowl of rice.
Because it's only music, the organizations which should be addressing the
problem of accessibilit for music notation very largely aren't interested.
We are really not much further forward than we were twenty plus years ago
when David Pinto did his work on Sibelius 3. Or at least, that's what it
seems to me. If I'm wrong, I'd be delighted. But time and time again, we're
