Thank you. On the mac side, if I wanted to write in lyrics or chords for a
chord chart, what would that process look like on mac?

David, besides trial option, there's also Sibelius First which is
limited but free.
Ramy, I don't have the exact list, but I'm told that they fixed bunch of
staff objects/properties that weren't previously speaking. They now work
on both Windows and Mac. Also it won't say select every time when you
select an object. That will save you some time.
Brian, yes it does read pitch, duration, as well as bar/beat that the
item is on.
