Dale,

As I remember it, you had to generate a music xml file, and it translated
that into Braille. There were problems with it, and I could never get in
touch with the developer.

Best,

David.

Years ago there was some program or another that allegedly could provide
braille music from Sibelius. Does anyone remember what that was called, and
whether it amounted to anything? It was from Germany, as I recall.

I would want this too, but I imagine that's a rather tall order. However, if
it is possible and available, I'm listening.

  Hello,

These scripts for Sibelius 5 are very impressive, but I wonder whether it
would be possible to have Braille music displayed on the Braille display.

I've looked into the SayNext routines, but really need to find how the
spoken string is generated so that I can translate the musical notes and
appropriate notation into Braille for output to the display.

I'm happy to experiment with this, but need a few pointers,

  Many thanks,

  David.
