Such things would be addressed in the Sibelius manual, since the topic is
not related to T=the Sibelius Access scripts or JAWS.

Hi, it's Annabelle.
How would I do a metric modulation into a score? For example, I want to
briefly and gradually slow down to 95, then gradually speed up to 110. I've
tried the Rit and Accel lines, but it seems that they go too slow or too
fast for me. Anybody have any suggestions for me?
