Hello everyone,
I'm Hu Haipeng, a Chinese blind composer. I just launched a project
Brailleorch and Open Braille Music, in which I use my unique ability
to transcribe music scores into braille, and put them on my website
for blind musicians to download freely. The project mainly aims to
advanced categories such as orchestral music, to fill the void of the
current braille music repertoire, helping blind musicians who want to
be a composer or producer to read more scores. Meanwhile, I can also
accept commissions from common blind musicians to transcribe their
print scores (pdf and image files) into braille with a reasonable
price. I transcribe scores with a high speed, and during these three
years, I have transcribed over 4500 print pages of music into braille.
Many of these scores are large and complicated orchestral works. Any
kind of music except guitar, accordion and some special types of winds
(because I don't play them and am not familiar with their notation)
can be done in braille. You can visit my website

are also lots of scores for you to download. They were transcribed
from engraving files from either living composers or music publishers.
If you have image, pdf, Finale, Sibelius and/or Musescore files and
want to read them in braille, I can do them for you. I use standard
American ASCII braille encoding. If you are interested in my project
