Hi,
 

I've had a number of people approach me because the files are no longer
available via http://www.musicaccess.co.uk an I know that Dan has been aware
of this problem for a while.  Anyway, I've been repeatedly asked to host
them myself and I've finally given in, though I hope that this is a
temporary state of affairs.

Dave Carlson has kindly made available his tips and tricks documents that he
collected from the list and crafted himself via various routes.  If you spot
one of your own tips there and think I haven't credited you appropriately,
