Saeed, Here's more about using the advanced filter for deleting metronome marks. 1. Go to Edit>Advanced Filter 2. Check the radio button that says "Find in whole score" 3. Press <tab> to get to a list of four items and choose the third one, Text 4. Now work backward through the controls of the dialog, pressing Shift+tab four times to get to a list of 72 items. 5. Press the letter "m", as in metronome mark, twice to get to that very item. 6. By default, the select button is active, so just press enter. 7. All metronome marks of the score will now be selected. Be careful not to arrow here and there, otherwise your selection will be undone. 8. Press delete to banish the metronome marks. 9. Smile broadly at the accomplishment. I'm wandering how I can delete a bunch of system objects in one selection. As you might have encountered, in midi files there may be lots of metronum marks. I want to delete them for not being printed. As they are too many, it takes too much time to delete. Is it possible to select all of them in one operation? Thanks in advance.
