[sib-access] Can't

Hi,
After having finally been able to register Sibelius 5.25 on a new Windows 7 32
bit machine, there are still issues when entering notes. Hope someone here has
got a clue *smile*.
We tried entering notes but there doesn't seem to be any response apart from
the message no selection and the plog in is not running correctly. After doing
a test of the plug-in and kontrol home to start typing notes, we get the
message that no key in section.
The function to play existing files does work but without metronom sound.
We are also able to create a new file and specify the key etc. However, we
don't get any notes or sounds when typing the individual notes.
