[SI-LIST] what's the SSTL criterion?

hello all
Can anyone tell me the theory of the SSTL voltage level, I have a DDR
RAM design with SSTL voltage level, but I am not familiar with it, what's
the difference between the SSTL and the GTL or TTL, Can anyone give me
some clue or material about the SSTL, thanks a lot.
