Hello experts:
A diode is to be subjected to a TWO different pulses:
1) Rectangular wave , duty cycle:5% , ton =0.5us
2) Rectangular wave : duty cycle :5% , ton =10ms
Which pulse is more stringent . Choice goes for # 2 since device
handles current for MORE time but my worry is it also gets MORE
time to COOL.
Assume same amplitude of current and same thermal resistance values
in both the cases.
