[SI-LIST] test head for hp 4286a

Dear Members,
I am a newcomer to this group.
I am intending to measure the dielectric constant
in MHz range, and got a used hp 4286a rf lcr meter.
Unfortunately, that lacks the test head.
Could someone help me to get the test head,
or obtain circuit information for that test head.
