[SI-LIST] test circuit for linear ramp data

what is a simple circuit for extracting lab data on a linear IO for behavioral
modeling?
If i measure the voltage and current of a 50ohm PU and PD on the driver then I
can calculate the driver output impedance. Not sure how to approach the Input
device, any thoughts? anyone?
