[SI-LIST] si-list repaired !

It looks like si-list is now back in proper
operation once again.

Reports from the freelists.org sys-admins show
that there were up to 30 renegade bounce processes
associated with si-list hung up. Also, the system
log file had grown in size to > 2Gbytes which _may_
have caused some strangeness. They have taken steps to
clean up the processes and files which seem to have
been effective.


I think all message traffic was sucessfully captured
on the remote archives :
(http://groups.yahoo.com/group/si-list/messages ) but
not on the local freelists archives.

Hopefully all has settled down for now.
