You may want to check out the just-released Micro-Cap 8 program by Spectrum
Software to integrate your Z-parameters matrix into a complete
analyses/simulator tool.
Depending on your formats, MC8 can handle S, Y, Z, G, or H-parameters.

eye-opener. I have used Micro-Cap for
over 15 years and highly recomment it as a competent, easily used,
competitively priced program. I have found the plotting capabilitites and many
analysis
functions superior to programs costing five times as much.
