[SI-LIST] question on voltage range

Hi ALL,
I am working on the voltage range.I have a question.
The chip datasheet have given the voltage range.but not give the detail DC and
AC budget.For example:systems with noise budgets of +/- 5%, DC is allocated 30%
of this budget,leaving 70% for AC noise.Actually,I need these Parameters for
design;I want to know something about the chip DC and AC margin? How to define
a chip DC and AC margin?
