Hello,

In section 4.2.3.1 of Base3.0 spec. it states that C0-|C-1|-|C+1| should be
greater than or equal to LF.

But based on below FIR formula, LF shall always be equal to C0-|C-1|-|C+1|. So
under what circumstance LF could be smaller than C0-|C-1|-|C+1|?
Base=Vb/2=[2Dn+1-1]C1+ [2Dn-1]C2+ [2Dn-1-1]C3.
