[SI-LIST] interconnect modeling-equivalent circuit from Fasthenry enough?

hi professionals,

i used FASTHENRY as well as FASTCAP programms downloaded frm MIT, for the 
extraction of parasitic parameters of an 8bit bus.

from the fasthenry output ZC.mat, i got spice euivalent circuit using 
MakeLcircuit command.ths circuit contains both self and mutual inductances 
,current controlled voltagr sources..

i got 8*8 capacitance matrix using fastcap.

now i want to simulate this spice equivalent circuit for the estimation of 
crosstalk ,delay..

but, as this circuit does not contain capacitance terms,how i can insert these 
capcitance values in the .spice file. i am using CADENCE-SPECTRE for 
simulations.

does the makeLcircuit output really models interconnect ?i am not getting 
required output at the end.

please suggest me the proper way,
