Hi All,
I am looking for an ATE testing socket for high-frequency application
(ex. 1.6G data rate).

There are many electrical parameters in socket datasheet likes

-Resistance

-capacitance

-inductance

-insertion loss (S21)

-return loss (S11)

-crosstalk

How do I know the criterions of these electrical parameters that meet my
application frequency?

That is, how could I develop a guideline to tell the criterion to choose
the right socket that meets my high-freq. application?

Thanks in advance

best regards,

Trent
