HI SI-list:
I have met a trouble in memory read calculation of source synchronous
timing.
could you help me point out which value is T_delay,T_co_data,T_co_strobe
that described as the book of high speed digitl system design,
A handbook theory and design practices,page 188(author:Stephen H.
Hall;Garrett W. Hall;James A. McCall)?
the attached picture is cutted from micron DDR266 AC spec for you reference.
ps.the equation is T_hold_margin=(T_co_data + T_flt_data +
T_delay)-(T_co_strobe + T_flt_strobe)-T_hold
