A question; on a LVDS differential pair trace running 622MHz clocks, I am using 10 mils as my trace length differential maximum. This occurs at the footprint of the package for routing purposes. Is this reasonable or am I being too strict? Second question, again at the package footprint the differential pair must separate to attach to the via array. What is a reasonable maximum length the traces can be without maintaining the 100 Ohms? is 25 mils reasonable? Thanks in advance Hans Mellberg __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Make international calls for as low as $.04/minute with Yahoo!
