Jeff,

Based on the assumption that your printed-circuit board is linear, you can
use superposition to get crosstalk between differential pairs: all what you
need to know is how to get Kb/Kf between two single-ended traces. In a
simple differential pair crosstalk scenario you have four traces instead of
two, plus the return plane(s). You have four possible combinations for
differential crosstalk: both the aggressor and victim pair can be
differential mode or common mode, so you will end up with four Kb and four
Kf values as soon as you approprietly combine the crosstalk coefficients
between two single-ended traces according to the modes.
