Hi All,
Is there a way to determine the impedance of a cpw
from measured s-parameters for the structure?
The paper by Eisenstadt and Eo :"Interconnect
Transmission line characterization" describes the
calculation of line impedance of an interconnect, but
would that be applicable to a CPW?
