The sender is probably encoding in a foreign language 
character set which many pc's aren't config'd to 
recognize.   So, yeah, it's just you ... but also many 
others.  Remember, just 'cause you may be paranoid, 
it doesn't mean they're not out to get you, especially 
those behind the Windows.
