Hi Zhengrong,

I suggest you review my recent IBIS paper on package modeling techniques and
usage.

Here is the link on the IBIS website:

Thanks,
Sam

Subject: [SI-LIST] a question about IBIS package information

Hi all,
There are simplified RLC packages in IBIS package information.
How do vendors extract that? Are the RLC models extracted at a certain
frequency?
If that, what is the general frequency?
Appreciate anything for the problem.

Best Regards,
Zhengrong
