If you have a properly certified module - then the test lab
should skip over that frequency.

Subject: [SI-LIST] Wireless Module and EMC
Importance: High

Dear All,
I am currently using a Wireless module in our design. Do I need to take any
precaution( in our design or tweak the length of the antenna, without impacting
the signal strength) for making my equipment pass EMC, or is there a
requirement which says that if the module radiates at 2.4Ghz(RF band) which is
the intended operation of the wireless module, we can neglect the spike in
this particular frequency.

Tech gurus, please share your experience and tidbits so that i can clear the
possible EMC problems (if any) in future.

Thanks in advance.

Regards
Vivek
