The IBIS Open Forum is holding its 16th Asian IBIS Summit for Japan as a
virtual event. The meeting will take place the morning of Friday, November 12,
2021 (Japan time), which also overlaps with US time zones in the evening.
JEITA (Japan Electronics and Information Technology Industries Association) is

This virtual IBIS Summit is designed to promote interactions between model
users, model makers and EDA tool developers in the IBIS community as well as
JEITA members. Those interested in presenting at or in attending the virtual
event may register using the information below.
Note that it is encouraged to pre-record presentations (mp4 format), and if
submitted by October 12, 2021, will be modified to include Japanese subtitles.
The meeting is free and open to everyone. We look forward to seeing you online!

BACKGROUND
This year we are holding the 16th Asian IBIS Summit (Japan) meeting as a
virtual on-line event.
Our objective is to reach out internationally to communicate with the local
experts and to learn of regional concerns.
CONFERENCE LANGUAGE
The conference language is English, but presenters can optionally deliver their
presentations in Japanese.
IBIS SUMMIT
This meeting will be conducted as a formal IBIS Summit Meeting. Presentations
will be archived in an electronic format on our Summits site, and minutes of
the meeting will be issued. However, no formal decisions requiring votes will
be planned.

We are seeking presentations from individuals who have experiences of interest
to the IBIS modeling community. If we have to select presentations for the
number of time slots available, we will give preferential consideration to
presentations from Asia.

Note: vendor-specific, confidential or product promotion material is forbidden
at IBIS summits. Presentations must be submitted by the deadline for review.
The IBIS Open Forum reserves the right to reject submitted presentations or
stop a scheduled presentation containing content that has not been reviewed.
AGENDA
The agenda includes presentations, discussions, and breaks. A formal list of
speakers and topics will be released one week prior to the event.
