[SI-LIST] Using the Different speed bins of DDR

Hi,
I have a query related to the Speed bins of DDR2 devices.
Scenario-1
1. If the device i choose is DDR2-1066 with 7-7-7, can i configure this as
DDR2-1066 with 6-6-6 timings
2. If the device i choose is DDR3-1033 with 8-8-8, can i configure this as
DDr3-1066 with 7-7-7 timings
