Wow Ray, this looks very cool! I have to admit I was wrong - I think
this has tons of potential. Thanks, and thanks to the suggester (sp?,
is it a word?) of the idea.

(I've had to learn to embrace being wrong. Maybe in my next lifetime
I'll be able to recite only successes; 'til then, I'll take consolation
in sharing company with Mr. Edison)

Subject: [SI-LIST] The si-list wiki FAQ

First, thanks to all who responded with ideas and/or offers of help on=20
the proposed FAQ.

Since putting up the basic 'shell' of the wiki implementation on the web

site yesterday I've
populated the TopicPage with a variety of "seed" topics to get things=20
rolling. The topics are ones I've noticed as ones frequently discussed=20
on the list and are organized in broad categories in no particular order

other than the one in which they came to mind.

Check out the topic page at the following URL:

http://www.si-list.org/wiki/wiki.pl?TopicPage

If there is a topic listed that you can contribute to, by all means add=20
some content. If you perceive a missing topic or category please addd to

the topic page.

On topics with content already posted if you have amplifying comments or

another take on the topic, you may add your additions to the appropriate

content page.

The operation/editing of the wiki systems seems pretty straight forward=20
to me, however I can see how it could confuse some. If you have content=20
to post but are having logistical problems with the wiki feel free to=20
pass the content to me via e-mail and I'll see that it gets inserted=20
into the FAQ.
