Thanks Steve.

That means, we can assign target impedences based on the load current
distribution and optimize it.
Say, I'm having 2 loads switching at different frequencies. So I can assign
target impedence differently for the two loads based on the current
distribution. It'll not create any problem in PDS as well as in EMC emisson
test. Is my understanding is right?

Padmanaban, the short answer is that the impedance needs to be controlled
over the spectrum of load current that is significant.  If the current
spectrum is well known and controlled, the impedance response can be
optimized.
