Replacing the tek 11801(I think) is the CSA 8000 / TDS8000 with a 80E04 - 20 GHz Dual channel electrical sampling module with TDR. Go to Tek website for specs. http://www.tek.com/Measurement/cgi-bin/framed.pl?Document=/Measurement/s copes/index/prodindex_realtime.html&FrameSet=oscilloscopes I seen a demo with one of these at a TDA Seminar-- Nice windows based unit, pretty cool. Thanks for the clarification. I was told by the Pres. of Polar Systems that they were using a specially modified OEM version of the SD-24, but from your info, perhaps he really meant the one from the 1503C Tester. Now that Tek has obsoleted the unit they were using I wonder what they are utilizing now? -Ray ------------------------------------------------------------------ To unsubscribe from si-list: si-list-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'unsubscribe' in the Subject field or to administer your membership from a web page, go to: //www.freelists.org/webpage/si-list For help: si-list-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'help' in the Subject field List archives are viewable at: //www.freelists.org/archives/si-list or at our remote archives: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/si-list/messages Old (prior to June 6, 2001) list archives are viewable at: http://www.qsl.net/wb6tpu ------------------------------------------------------------------ To unsubscribe from si-list: si-list-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'unsubscribe' in the Subject field or to administer your membership from a web page, go to: //www.freelists.org/webpage/si-list For help: si-list-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'help' in the Subject field List archives are viewable at: //www.freelists.org/archives/si-list or at our remote archives: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/si-list/messages Old (prior to June 6, 2001) list archives are viewable at: http://www.qsl.net/wb6tpu
