The iCD Stackup Planner has via span definition and visualization of B & B
vias. This is also exported to an Excel fab drawing.

Hello,
I'm looking for a tool that allows to visualize PCB technology
(including standard stackup planning with e. g. impedance calculation).
Of course best is online and for free ;-)
the Stackup planers that I know usually just allow to build the PCB
stackup, but does not allow to also include information about PCB
technology (so e. g. usage of blind/buried vias).
Maybe there is also a free layout tool that allows this ?
