Here's some information from an existing Solution on support.cadence.com on this:- By default, PCB SI assumes that the planes are ideal - no voids are taken into consideration when running simulations and calculating delay values. You can change this behaviour by doing 2 things: 1. Go into the stackup form and uncheck the "Shield" button. 2. Set the "use_accurate_delay_calculation" variable in your local env file.
