  Well known Manufacturer of structured cabling  systems and components for 
local area networks has an excellent growth opportunity  immediately available  
for an experienced SI professional. Will be responsible for managing a team of 
9  electrical engineers and technicians (including budget  administration)
  engaged in supporting new product design thru  testing; modeling and 
simulation of high speed communications components, such  as cable assemblies, 
connectors, and other local area network components. Will  be responsible for 
innovation aimed at extending the companies technical  advantage and to meet 
emerging  performance requirements. To qualify you must  have at least a B.S. 
in E.E. or physics and  at least 3 years of management experience on  either a 
direct basis or as a project or program manager, and at least 10 years  of 
experience in Digital Signal processing, electronic signal transmission or  
signal integrity testing for electronic components. Must have knowledge of full 
 wave solvers for electro-magnetic field simulation, and thorough knowledge of  
high speed signal transmission testing using network analyzers. If interested,
