I would recommend:

High-Speed Digital System Design: A Handbook of Interconnect Theory and
Design Practices Stephen H. Hall, Garrett W. Hall, James A. McCall

and

"High Speed Digital Design, a handbook of
Black Magic" (Prentice Hall). Howard Johnson


Both make good reading.
