I use a free version of the venerable Vi editor, called Vim (http://www.vim.org/). It has "syntax" settings for almost any filetype imaginable, including SPICE. It does highlighting of keywords, comments and numbers. No comment collapsing, but you may be able to get the same effect with a thing called "folding." -Mark > -----Original Message----- > From: si-list-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:si-list- > bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Joseph Aday > Sent: Wednesday, December 22, 2010 4:02 PM > To: si-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > Subject: [SI-LIST] SPICE-Aware Text Editors? > > Hi, > Does anyone know of a decent text editor with SPICE language > awareness? ie. keyword highlighting, coloring, syntax, comment > collapsing, etc. > > I use Mentor's Visual IBIS Editor, but it doesn't help much with SPICE. > > I also looked for Notepad++ plugins, but didn't see anything. > > Thanks! > Joseph > > > ------------------------------------------------------------------ > To unsubscribe from si-list: > si-list-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'unsubscribe' in the Subject field > > or to administer your membership from a web page, go to: > //www.freelists.org/webpage/si-list > > For help: > si-list-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'help' in the Subject field > > > List technical documents are available at: > http://www.si-list.net > > List archives are viewable at: > //www.freelists.org/archives/si-list > > Old (prior to June 6, 2001) list archives are viewable at: > http://www.qsl.net/wb6tpu > ------------------------------------------------------------------ To unsubscribe from si-list: si-list-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'unsubscribe' in the Subject field or to administer your membership from a web page, go to: //www.freelists.org/webpage/si-list For help: si-list-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with 'help' in the Subject field List technical documents are available at: http://www.si-list.net List archives are viewable at: //www.freelists.org/archives/si-list Old (prior to June 6, 2001) list archives are viewable at: http://www.qsl.net/wb6tpu
