We have a flattener for just such an occasion (needed to convert berkeley SPICE to PSPICE -which didn't like things nested) , it is embedded in our tool suite, but if there is enough interest, I will consider making it (1)publicly available to this forum, or (2)for a nominal fee, as it is actually an independent executable (filein -> fileout).
