Dear Subramaniam,
It depends on application also....your time requirement... i.e how much time
can you devote for memory read and write application...System power
consumption requirement....
Higher memory means you need to have faster clock to access the data..higher
address lines....As a result of it you will have power and signal integrity
problems..and also thermal dissipation...
