[SI-LIST] SATA CIC Channel

Hi,
I am validating SATA Gen3.The spec recommends to use a CIC channel to be
embedded either through HW or by embedding S4p file in scope for some
measurements.I do not have a HW option.
Since this channel is a standard compliance channel.Where we can get(S4p
file) it?
