These are the the number in the 3.1 Gold spec for Gen3i:
From 45% - 55% UI voltage is +/- 120mV for Hosts and +/- 100mV for devices
Tj Max is 0.6UI so we can extrapolate the min eye width as 0.4 UI
The spec does not specify an eye mask, although you can certainly construct
one from these numbers. Some test devices actually have a mask
correspondingto these numbers.
These numbers have a conflict with the numbers in your original message...
49to 51% for the flat part is too narrow; 45% to 55% is what is spec'd.
However, 30% to 70% for eye width is correct.
