Marinuthu, the capacitor voltage rating depends on the capacitor 
chemistry and application.  Many types of capacitors require voltage 
derating. Refer to mfg data sheets for the parts you intend to use.

 From the information you have supplied, it is impossible to tell how 
many capacitors you should be using.
