Try Googleing "cauchy principal value matlab". It comes up with a
multitude of hits for various matlab implementations. Of course the
details are left to the interested......

Is there any open reference code for evaluating Cauchy principal value?
I presume it will be some form of Gaussian quadrature code.
Trying to tame those noise S-parameters. :-D
