Hi Chambers,
You can send consequent 0 or 1 bits on one serdes channel(As channel 0),and
send PRBS pattern on adjacent channels,
Then, the xtalk can be observed by an oscilloscope connecting to the output of
channel0.
BTW,the simulation of Xtalk in frequency domain is accurate enough to
replace testing

Hi Boris,
Thanks for this information. But it is difficult for me to access the port on
the C4 bump. That is a real problem for us.

Hi Chambers,
If you have access to the high speed channels with some RF connectors
(SMA/2.92mm/2.4mm), you can make SDD31/SDD4 measurements to conclude
NEXT/FEXT.
You can also look at the time-domain data of the measured NEXT/FEXT to
conclude the specific coupling location within the channel.
Good luck!

Hi everybody,
is there a cost-effective testing method to measure xtalk of high
speed channel in the package? Now we have a PNA and some 2.4mm
cables, but don't have a probe station.
